Coalition Gives Instruction And Ethical And Diplomacy Training
One of the elements that is vital in dealing with the new events arising in Iraqi is learning how to be diplomatic with the citizens. The Iraqi Army has been studying hard under the supervision of the coalition, learning how to put into practice ethics and diplomacy.
Since the fall of Suddam Hussein, the citizens of Iraq has slowly learned to trust their own police officers and soldiers, because in the past, their treatment was rife with corruption and mistreatment. As they have been trained and taught how to deal with the members of the community, the citizens have slowly learned that it is a different time.
Each of the citizens that have applied for and been accepted to be members of the Iraqi Army or National police all have their own values, and this has been a giant melting pot. One of the main focuses has been on learning how to adopt common, supportive and kind values, values of the national Army that respect and support the community.
The core values are the same as found in the US Army: respect, duty, loyalty, honor, integrity, honestly, courage, and self sacrifice. These are values that the are new to many of the members of the Iraqi Army, but values that are proving wildly successful and supportive of the Iraqi community.
