cut all your food portions in half. cut out all drinks except water. when you drink make it ice cold, your body burns calories by heating the water up to your body temperature. and also if you can swim laps somewhere do it, that is the most "full body" workout you will get with quick results and not bulking up. swim laps, put your legs over the edge while your in the pool and do sit ups. i did all of that a while back and lost almost 20 pounds in about 3 weeks or less. and it was all fat that i lost. also you may want to try to start taking vitamins like one a day womens hope that helps.
