Do you happen to know how to get in touch with one? If you can't provide a state of residence and street address on the US army website (due to the simple fact that you are not a US citizen and or resident) you simply can't get any more information. I happen to be in a similar situation and would very much like to have a word a recruitment officer regarding this.
