Default US Seeking Death Penalty for 9/11 Conspirators

6 detainees that have been held in Guantanamo for several years since the September 11 terrorist attacks are being charged with crimes ranging from conspiracy, murder in violation of the law of war, attacking civilians, attacking civilian objects, intentionally causing serious bodily injury, destruction of property in violation of the law of war, and lastly terrorism and material support of terrorism. The government will be going for the death penalty for these men and hope to try them together. Supposedly the trial(s) will be public as well.

Just an interesting development stemming from the 9/11 attacks.
