There are so many spam emails about grant money, is it really that easy to get grant money? Can anyone qualify? I would be interested in a small business grant.

It's not easy but almost anyone can qualify because there are so many different kinds of grants to ask for. There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of government grants you can apply for. You have to write an essay in many cases, and then wait to be approved or not. Writing a good essay is time consuming and difficult for a lot of peoploe - that is why there are so many "services" out there that will "help" you.
