I was out driving last weekend, and the trash on our roadsides was unsightly, we pay taxes
for everything in the book, we shouldn't have to tolerate trashy roadsides. The city should put more priority on keeping trash off the roadsides. I've noticed some areas are kept cleaner than others, why? "we all pay taxes." if we neglected to keep our propety cleaned and gr*** cut, we would get fined. The trash on roadsides can last for years if neglected |

Your absolutely right Dianah194. The different counties that we live in sure don't have a problem with fining us for not keeping up with our yard work and such. What they should be doing with the monies they are receiving from such residence is put it into funding for county workers to clean up the roadside trash because it absolutely is an eyesore. I know the city in which I live is having a community "citywide" cleanup day on March 29th. As far as your question about why is there more roadside trash in one community than the other. Well, I honestly think it has to do with geographics and the types of people who live within that city or community. I've come to the conclusion that when your just a renter and not an owner one is less likely to care about a property/community than if they owned it. I say this because I've witnessed it first hand.
