Default Do you think it's okay

For an employeer to ask for a picture of yourself along with your resume if you are instrested in a position they have posted? Because they say they work with alot of clients and they want someone that takes care of themselfs, looks persentable, and has a good smile. Would that be considered discrimination?

Good question. I personally would look at it as being discriminating! It's basically "judging a book by its cover" What happened to the good ole days when you feeled out an application and they called you in for an interview. These days most companies go through temp agencies or you have to submit your resume online and now this. What's next?
