Question Restaurants Are Shrinking Meal Sizes

Restaurants are offering smaller, cheaper portions, but that doesn't mean dainty dining. Instead, people are using smaller dishes as an excuse to add to their orders, spending -- and probably eating -- just as much as before.

It's all about discipline. I know when my family and I go out to dinner somewhere, we usually ask for a togo box when we order our meal so that we can automatically put half of it away so we don't over indulge ( believe me if it's on my plate I'm going to eat it) Which also means you don't have to spend any money on lunch the following day. It works out great if you ask me!
