People who sleep fewer than six hours a night — or more than nine — are more likely to be obese, according to a new government study that is one of the largest to show a link between irregular sleep and big bellies.

Wow, this is very interesting. I don't get enough sleep during the week and on the weekends I over sleep because I am trying to catch up from the week. I guess this is one area of my life that I need more discipline in. I am definitely going to start right away.
