Health care costs is rising, and patients are receiving lower quality of health care. What has happened
to our health care system? Where is the focus now on the patients or on the $?

Your absolutely right! You would think with all the money that it cost to even obtain healthcare coverage that people would get higher quality of healthcare. It's unfortunate that we even have to ask the question of "where's the focus" because we all know the answer to it already. It's fustrating and hopefully the candidate that is chosen in the 2008 elections will make big progress with this situation.
