Flood then Fire

One week it's flood, the next it's fire. I understand that there are numerous wild fires in North & South Carolina and Virginia. The National Guard has been called out to help in these areas. I've read many reports about close calls and evacuations. The drought they have been enduring of late has been the main culprit in the spread of the fires.
