The Housing Market
The sales of pre-owned homes fell last year but the inventory of unsold single family properties peaked to the highest in over 15-20 years. Problems in the subprime mortgage market continues to cause problems on the housing sector.
There have got to be even more changes to resolve the issues with the housing market and to put people in tolerable positions.
