Truckers protesting

Truckers Protest High Fuel Prices, Tons of freight idled across the country today as independent truckers pulled their rigs off the road while others slowed to a crawl on major highways in a loosely organized protest of high fuel prices. I can imagine the pain they're feeling from the outrageous gas prices, the big tanks on those rigs consume the money they're making on the road. They barely have enough to support their families.

Outrageous is right! I know I have been griping about gas prices as well. After hearing of this situation I am definately gonna keep my mouth shut. What I pay out for gas is nothing compared to what these independant truckers deal with on a daily basis. I really feel for them and I know gases prices are not gonna be dropping anytime soon but if they can at least stay at a steady rate instead of increasing daily maybe these truckers can find some kind of comfort in that, if any at all.

I understand they pay almost $4 a gallon... ouch!
