Yeah isn't that something! Not a great thing for sellers to be hearing right now. I bet buyers are thanking their lucky stars. I too have been researching my options. I "think" I am ready to purchase a home, I have been going back and forth with the idea for about a year now. I still have a little bit of a commitment phobia but the more I learn the more I want to dive in. Perhaps, I will take a little bit more time before I plunge right into this buyer's market.
