Default When it's time to give up driving

A 73-year-old driver sped through a security gate at Miami International Airport and ended up on one of the main runways. It is suspected that he may have been disoriented when he drove p***ed security.

Just the other day an elderly man failed to yield at a yield sign before entering onto US 75 service road. If I had not been driving cautiously, noticing that at the speed he was traveling he had no intentions to yield at that sign, it could have been an accident.

Not just signaling out the elderly, there are also some younger drivers that need to give it up.

My 80 year old dad had to go and re-take his driving test (new rule for 80 years olds here in Texas) and was successful even without his usual gl***es! But I still think he is a menace on the road! Even p***ing the driving test is no guarantee that they are still safe drivers!
love ya daddy!

Granted there are drivers of all ages on the road that should'nt be. However, when it comes to the elderly I think when they hit a certain age they should have to take some kind of driver's obsticle course test yearly - not just the regular driving test that everyone takes, but something a little bit more indepth. I really don't know what I'm trying to say but I know that it definitely has to consist of something other than the norm.
