Saudi governor orders haircuts for men who hit on women
A governor in northern Saudi Arabia has ordered authorities to punish men who flirt with women in public places by cutting their hair. Do you think that will solve the issue?

Well in some middle eastern countries you might get beheaded for acting inappropriately toward women - I'd say a haircut is a bit more civilized! It won't solve any problems tho.

They can't even flirt???
How are they supposed to get out of tickets, or get extra channels on cabel, or get free drinks? j/k I don't know if that will stop the flirting with women, what happens if men flirt with men?
