My sister went to college on an ROTC scholarship. She went for two maybe three years and then dropped out of school.
How did she get by with having no obligation to the army? They paid for her to go to school for two to three years and she doesn't owe them anything? Or so she says. It doesn't sound right to me. And it doesn't sound fair to taxpayers who paid for her to go to school. Anyone have any input? |
