eligible or not?

my 23 yr old nephew has a drug related felony and has successfully served his time in jail. Is he eligible to join the US Armed Forces? Please advise.

We are told that this is the case, but it never hurts to find your local recruiter and find out for sure. Good luck.

He would have to get a specific waiver in order to join. Waivers are usually not that easy to come by...
