i am brazilian and i want to join the us army.
how can i do that?
i have sent some e-mails to the site goarmy.com
but they say i need to have green card.
Is almost impossible to get a green car, only way is to a marry an american woman!
i'll try to enter contact with yhe ameriacn emb***y in brazil here, but i wold like you could
help me!!!

I was not born in America, but I have live here the most time of my life, which is 10 years living in the US, since im 7 years old. I was born in Honduras, Central America, but I consider an American to. I am legal here, but don't have a green card either, and I want to join the US Military.

We have been told repeatedly by the recruiters and by others in government that you must be a US citizen or have the green card to get started in the US Military... To date, we have not heard of any other way around this. I'm not saying to give up, but I AM saying there isn't much we can do for you unfortunately. Good luck to you both.

i am from belgium and my dream is to join the US army.
i become 17 this year so that means that after this schoolyear i have just one year to go.
i planed to move to america after high school and join the US army. but now i see you need a green card.
is there really no other way to join the US army. if there isn't how do you get a green card.
