my name is israel and my question is this I am Mexican I have no papers here in us but my Mayour Anel is joining the Marines I was in special forces in mexico GAFE , I only ask you to explain as What I do for joining the Marines if there are any roles here in government program that will allow me to enter if I have no green card

It is doubtful there would be anything to choose from if you have no green card. That one issue MUST be addressed before you can go any further. The fact that you have a military background in Mexico is an advantage, but you must still have your green card.
