Default Reserve Benefits?

Ok I've decided to make a change in my life and part of that will be joining the navy reserves. Can anyone tell me what if any health benefits me and my family will be eligible for, my recruiter says we'll be eligible for tricare with a 1-2 hundred dollar premium. Can anyone verify or deny this?

Thanks,

John
