Default waiver denied how can i fight it

So this the thing I was trying to get in into the navy and i had a waiver for my eye because when i was little i felt and hurt my face affecting my eye and I had a surgery but doctors couldn't fix it instead they left me with a perfect 20/20 but the muscle still trap in the bone and the only thing i can't move my eye (iris) up any thing else i can see great plus this happened 22 years ago. Anyways the navy rejected me even thought Doctors said it was okay and they even send me to a regular doctor and she said there was no problem on why i should not be able to work for the navy. Today my recruiter told me i was denied the waiver and i can't never join the navy Now I feel like a reject plus i am scare to even try other services! Any advises out there will be very helpful.

ps

i took the test twice the first time they mix up my scores second time i score 29 but i also have like 50 college credits.

well the truth is the navy and air force arent really hurting for people, in fact they are letting some go because they are too full. the army and marines however will take almost anyone. and not trying to be mean but in the civilian world the drs will say your fine because you function, but military drs are different, its stupid as long as you get the job done i dont see why it matters. my hubby tried the air force first and they wouldnt take him because he has bad credit from 5 years ago. the army just needed a letter to get the waiver approved. he has a good safe job that transfers to civilian job too. he works on helicopters and is safely inside the base in iraq inside the hangar. he is trying to apply to fly them, it will be a little more dangerous. it all really depends on your job. dont be afraid when one tells you no there is usually a reason they arent telling you, like we really dont need anyone unless your signing up for special ops.
