Default what can i do?
i am 5ft 2inches and i weight over 200 pounds and i would like to know what kind of exercises i can do and what kind of foods do i need to eat in order to get my weight down to what it needs to be in order to enlist. i work to jobs so i really dont have that much time to work out or cook a good meal. HELP!!!!
