criminal background

I have questions on acceptance in the military for minor traffic tickets... Well, I've had many speeding tickets, however, as far as "criminal" goes, I am not. I did have have my license suspended until fines were paid... which they have been, and everything is kosher now. Where can I find more info on this topic? Thank you for your time.
