Default pre-existing condition

I was wondering about even getting into the military since I had a construction accident. I broke both my wrists and my left femur. I spent almost 2 years recovering. I have been released for work with a weight restriction of only lifing 60lbs. My doctors are very pleased with my progress and I believe that I can lift more. Would this restriction elliminate me from entering even the National Guard?
