Post-College opts

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if I could get some insight for ideas, and some of this may seem slightly silly, but it's the truth.

I'm majoring in polisci with a minor in religion from a public university with a gpa around 3.5. I've been looking at civil service intel jobs. Lately i've been looking into the Navy, however, I cannot swim, at all. I know it's unlikely, is it possible to go into the navy as an Ensign with my college degree, and live stateside with a job such as that?

I figured civil service is my best choice for what I want to do, but I thought I should ask.

your ultimate job might indeed be "landlocked", but I would imagine you'd still have to go through whatever swimming is involved in basic training.. Just a thought. Have you asked a recruiter? They can answer all sorts of questions like that without any kind of obligation to you... Let us know if you find out for sure!
