Default Intelligence Instructor Needed

Position: Military Source Operations Instructor Position. Specifically in regards to the training of HUMINT Collection to military personnel.

Location:
Ft. Bragg, North Carolina

Duties: Train military source operations to the same or higher standards as training provided by Fort Huachuca at the Source Operations Course. Conduct cl***room instruction as well as practical exercises to prepare US Army Soldiers for conducting source operations in a hostile environment. Instructors will work Monday through Friday 10 hours/day.

General Qualifications:

•All Contract instructors must have a minimum SECRET Clearance to conduct instructor and observer/controller duties.

•Instructors shall be proficient in the use of the IT tools (such as Microsoft Office and other IT tools) needed to perform their contract duties.

•Instructors shall possess the interpersonal skills to effectively relay their knowledge to students.

•All Instructors shall have practical experience applicable to training HUMINT collectors. Previous experience as an MOS 97E/97B/97C, 351E/351B/351C, Marine MOS 0251 & 0211, Special Forces MOS 18F/180A, or civilian equivalent is a requirement. Personnel without the requisite MOS or equivalent must be graduates of the Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CFSO) course, Source Operations Course (SOC), Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC), Advanced Special Operations Training Level II (ASOT Level II), AFCITC, MOTC, FTC or at least six months experience training HUMINT personnel.

•Previous experience as a HUMINT collector/Special Operations soldier in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and/or Operation ENDURING FREEDOM is preferred; previous experience as an instructor within the Department of the Army is helpful.

•Instructors must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and be able to effectively communicate in the English language.

•Must have expert knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community organization, structure, missions, and functions.
