A Barge Blocked View from Office Window

A freak record snowfall last weekend in Kodiak Alaska cause some traffic headaches, as well as some "barge" headaches! This amusing story tells about how a barge came loose from its moorings, drifted quite a way across a bay, and ran aground on a Coast Guard facility.
