Dishonourable US Navy member posting crap on youtube

Hello, youtube user odysseynumberfive has been posting disgusting crap mocking the victims of Australia's bushfires. This person has a picture of himself on his page and says he's in the US Navy. This person is a disgrace to any service regardless of country.

Is there anywhere where this person can be reported?
