Can Someone help Me out!
I had neck surgery in 1994 when i was six years old. Would that effect my chances of getting into the navy or any military brach?

It would depend on what the surgery was for, and what your prognosis has been since then. I would start by talking to your family doctor, and see what he/she has to say.
