Default Veterans Records

How do I access my records online to find out what Ribbons and awards I received while serving? Any help will be appreciated.

first try googling something like "military records online" or "army records" or similar phrases. The government sites are good places to start such as www.army.mil and www.navy.mil as well as sites like www.airforce.com and www.marines.com - all are full of info such as this. You might not find your records at these sites, but they might get you pointed in the right direction. Good Luck

Feel free to check out in this site. Hopefully, you'll find what you're looking for in Americal Division Veterans ***ociation.

Will this work for old veteran's? What I mean to say is I would like to get my mother a copy of my stepfather's miltary records, like what ribbons he won, etc. Dad is gone now and I thought it might be nice to get this together for my mom.

I looked at it and it appears to be just for the army, I don't know how far back you can go.
