How the Navy SEALs Killed bin Laden

May 3, 2011 By admin

Joining the Navy means one thing: you are ready to defend your country. While only a small percentage becomes Navy SEALS, there are other positions that are just as important.

If you want to learn more about joining the Navy, click here to request a free information packet.

It is good to know that an elite team, such as the Navy SEALS, can carry out top secret missions with precision and efficiency. Even though Osama bin Laden had been on the run for more than 10 years, the SEALS were confident that they could kill him off ? if the right opportunity came about.

During a 40 minute fight with enemy forces, the SEALS moved in on bin Laden. During this time, a member of the team killed bin Laden with a shot to the left side of his face.

But their job was not done yet ? they next made sure that they got their man. Shortly after the fight, DNA tests confirmed with 99.99 percent confidence that bin Laden had been killed.

To make this occasion even more joyous, no Americans were injured or killed during the raid. Along with this, the SEALS got in and out without running into Pakistani authorities ? a feat in its own right. One United States official said, ?weren’t detected coming in and going out. Even the helicopter crashed, and we blew it up.?

You do not have to become a Navy SEAL to do your part. Once you join the Navy you will be working, day after day, to keep your country safe. All the while you will be learning on the job, and receiving training from the top professionals in your industry.

If this story may make you realize that a career in the Navy, maybe even as a SEAL, is a great idea. No doubt, becoming a Navy Seal will change your life forever!

As an old corpsman, one that served with USMC, I was most excellently pleased with the bodacious results of the “Men with green faces”, Seal Team Six!!! But remember to include our brothers and sisters in the USArmy for their part of the action; the delivery and return of ALL! Hooyah Hoorah Go NAVY Semper Fi Go Army …..”to protect and defend the constitution AND the United States of America from ALL enemies foreign and domestic.” …..no matter how long it takes.

Thank you Seal team for honoring your country and showing others around the world that you cant harm Americans and then just go on with your lives as usual. God bless you and your families. I also want to pray for the families of Seal team 10. During operation red wing they showed amazing heroism under overwhelming fire and all but 1 gave there lives for there greatful nation. I love all you guys and hope that your families are blessed and able to go on. It hurts me greatly to hear of my brothers and sisters in arms getting hurt or kia. May you walk with Jesus. God bless you all.

I am extremely upset that our Navy Seals from Team Six were attacked this past weekend. I cannot help but think that it was in retaliation to the Bin Laden raid. Were they tipped off in some way that there were Navy Seals onboard that helicopter. I feel that the secrets need to be kept secret. It all should have been kept out of the media, out of the press, and the president should never have blatantly talked about who, what and where. Keep up your spirits Seals and keep your missions private.
