The security has settled down and the peace is being maintained by the Iraqi Security forces, and this has enabled the coalition soldiers to work toward assisting the central government to assist in economic concerns. The rebuilding and reconstruction of Iraq is a central tenant to making sure that Iraq becomes a sovereign nation and continues to grow.
The number of security incidents began to decrease about a month ago, and it will mark the lowest levels found in Iraq since March 2004.
