The Navy Football Team Tackles Notre Dame

November 7, 2007 By admin

Football has long been a favorite pastime for many people, including those that are in the military.

The Navy football team has always been a favorite among many people, especially those that are in the military and are also football enthusiasts. For these said football fans, the recent game between the Navy and the Notre Dame football teams was quite an exciting game that definitely made history. Get free info on how to join the Navy here.

In a great defeat, the Navy football team tackled the Notre Dame football team, beating them by a mere 2 points, but a substantial win for the Navy, nonetheless. This win comes as a surprise to many, as both teams are considered to be strong, with the Notre Dame football team being a hard one to beat. The winning game was a large step for the Navy, who have lost the last 43 straight games against the Notre Dame football team. Navy football fans all around the world were thrilled to cheer on their favored football team, as well as being able to tackle the winning game that means to much to them.

There are those that will be in denial, though, and will state that the game that has been won was simply on a fluke and will more than likely not occur again. For those that are Navy football fans though, they know that the curse of the football game against Notre Dame has been broken, and the possibility for further advancement is just a matter of games away.

    Sorry to bother you.

I am attempting to verify (without success) that an acquaintance has the history he claims he has as a ex-US NAVY Academy graduate, played football for NAVY.

I have been as I mentioned attempting to verify this between the dates of 1982 – 1986 for, T. D. Dillard. Claims jersey number 77.

Can you direct me to where I can access this information please. Unfortunatley, in today’s world you simply can’t be too careful and I want to verify this please.

    Thank you
