Why You Should be a Medical Corps Officer

One of the many benefits you receive by being in the United States Army is first class medical and dental benefits. This is not just when you in combat and it is not just restricted to you. The medical services you receive are extended to your entire family. This is why it is important to have the best medical staff available. By working as an Army Medical Corps Officer you will be providing the care soldiers and their families deserve.


Pick a Specialization


There are many different specialized careers which you can follow as an Army medical corps officer. Once you have chosen your specialization you will be assigned to a location where your talents can be put to proper usage. The great thing about being in the Army medical corps is you always have the opportunity to study the other medical disciplines while you perfect yours.

    What you yopu mean by “medical corps officer” ? Are you referring to an MD ? Do you mean a Medical Service corps officer who is not an MD ? Are you speaking of a physician’s assistant or a corpman ?? There is clearly a great difference here in educatioin and training ! So just who are you refering to as “medical corps officer “?
