Those joining the military will find that nearly everyone who joins the military can follow his or her passion without giving up on your dreams.

For example, it?s a little-known fact that one of the military specialties you can pursue is that of photographer.

There are great jobs in intelligence for photographers. Taking the photos and video from surveillance and collecting information for use by the security and intelligence forces is an important part of the military mission, and someone with a passion for photography can find a place to serve a very valuable purpose.

The news arm of the military also uses many photographers. It?s important to tell the story of the military to the rest of the country, and photographs are a significant part of that message.

Not only do the military photographers take photos for new or intelligence, they also have many other duties. For instance, they will learn to develop photos in color or black and white.

They are responsible for determining the camera angles, film, film speed and special effects needed for any particular shot. There is also an element of responsibility for the equipment and maintaining it.

It helps to have a artistic and creative aptitude in order to fulfill the requirements of the position. Having a background in photography is, of course, helpful, as is training in chemistry and mathematics.
