Is the Army or any branch of the service accepting waiver for criminal conduct? My grandson had
1 charge of possession of Marijuana in 2006. District Court Dismissed under 7411. No fines, no probation
In 2007/2008 had charges of possession of marijuana and maintaining.. Under a plea bargain he received a high court misdemeanor from a felony. He received 3 months in County jail and a $238.00 fine. No probation.
Is the military accepting a wavier under these conditions. Are some states not taking waviers as they are over their quotas or does this pertain to the entire US? That no branch of the military is taking waivers at this time?
Please reply as soon as possible.
