Improvements Amplify Overall Safety Of Region Accomplished
One of the biggest changes that has occurred in Iraq is the security that the citizens of Iraq are beginning to feel. The different members of the community are able to venture into their community with confidence, as the security of the region has been maintained.
The quality of life and the ability of the citizens to work, play and relax in their communities is a new experience for many members of the Iraqi communities. They are not used to being able to trust the soldiers and members of the Iraqi Security Forces to keep them safe.
Now that the ISF forces have been successful in keeping the region and the country safe, the citizens have become some of the most enthusiastic supporters of the ISF and Coalition forces.
Significant improvements to the security, quality of life and overall security has been given to the members of the Iraqi public, and as a result of the different security and safety progress the overall situation in Iraq has become very stable.
One of the biggest aids in the entire process has been the ?Sons of Iraq? and their security programs, and civilian patrol program. Members of the Iraqi Army and the Iraqi National police have been recruited successfully in recent months directly from the Iraqi Sons of Iraq program.
In July of 2007 the region of Babal averaged about 8 attacks a day. Now the Babel region averages less than two attacks a week.
