The United States Marine Corps has an extensive administrative section of which controls all of the personnel and administrative offices. It is necessary to make sure that the office is operated correctly so that the staff and the personnel is getting the support that they need. It is the job of the Personnel/Administrative Chief to make sure that the office is being run correctly at all times.
What You Will Do
You will be in charge of making sure that all duties of the administrative office are being carried out correctly at all times. You will also be in charge of directing all paperwork coming in and going out of the office to make sure that it is being staffed correctly at all times. All directives and correspondence with your unit will flow through you and you will play a role in making sure that timely responses are being drafted and published.

Get the Training
To qualify for service as a MOS 0193, you will first have to have served as a MOS 0121 or a MOS 0151. You will also have to have attained at least the rank of staff sergeant. You will also have to go through the Advanced Personnel Administration Course at MCB Camp Lejune, NC. Here you will either be assigned directly into the position if you have the ability to demonstrate your knowledge of the duties and skills which are expected of the position.
