Life on a United States Air Force base is not too dissimilar from life in the civilian world when not on duty. Airmen like to be able to kick back and relax. They also enjoy being able to go home to relax while reading a book or watching sports on the television. One of the things which will interrupt this is pests. Since pests have the ability to not only disrupt lives, but to corrupt facilities, it is highly important that they are dealt with immediately.
What You Will Do
You will be expected to operate throughout the Air base to get rid of pests. You will be expected to go throughout the living quarters as well as to go through the facilities which are used every day. You will use many passive and active controls for eliminating and repelling pests from the air base. You will be expected to use control measure to stop ants in living quarters and rodents on the runway.

Training for Your Career
You will go through extensive training so that you will understand the different methods you can use on the base as well as what their potential risks are for those who have to live and work around them.
