Many high school seniors are going to be graduating soon, and even though there is a continuing education campaign going on that is getting stronger and stronger, many high school seniors have no idea what they are going to be doing when they graduate. Some will be looking for careers, jobs, and some will be considering the Army or one of the many other branches of the military.
There are many benefits to joining the Army including a possible enlistment bonus of up to $40,000, in addition, you can receive full benefits plus a salary during your service. Education is quite possibly the biggest incentive for joining the Army. During your time in the military you will be able to decide what you want to do for the rest of your life because there are many Army jobs available.
There are non-combat jobs that you can obtain as well that will allow you to decide if something that you had in mind for a career will really be the right choice for you. In fact, 88% of all military careers can catapult you into a civilian career when your time in the Army is completed. This can be a very attractive reason to join the Army.
