US Army Tanks Have Digital Armor

November 8, 2007 By admin

The US Army is always looking for a means to enhance their defense system, and has found a new way to do so. Many people have found it interesting that the US Army has enacted a new digital armor for their tank systems, which is a new way to enhance the overall effectiveness of the US Army tanks. There has been an overwhelming amount of opposing militaries that have found means to tap into the electronic communications of the US Army, which is why there is now an important move to make sure that there are enough US Army tactical defenses to stop the interruptions.

The US Army has found a new means of executing their tactical data electronically, and without the worry of others breaking the communication systems. They have found that they can communicate with one another through their electronic transmissions, as long as they have the new, additional cloak of the military assistance. This is considered as a firewall that will be the best means of protecting the troops that are inside of the military tanks. This is also a product that can be worked under various tactical equipments, from Army tanks to Humvees, and can also be used in helicopters. The digital armor is expected to make beneficial strides towards the protection of the US military troops. The digital armor is used in conjunction with the current digital armor, bringing out the best in the tactical protection as is possible.

Military jobs like tank commanders are not always easy to find. However you can always research military jobs on military.net or go to army.mil.

it’s actually a stock pic of a Sheridan, which was used by the US during the cold war era. It was light enough so that it could be airlifted into battle by Chinook helicopters but the downside to this is obviously less armor

we’re told that women can’t have combat jobs, because if they get hurt, a mans natural reaction is to tend to her.. which leads to more casualties. so yes, women are able to do the same job, no doubt. but i don’t see it happening anytime soon..

As for the tank type that is a M-551 Sheridan Tank, As for females can be tankers to. As stated the 19 series MOS has been closed to woman, however there is Tank machines in the 3ed shop that work on them and do from time to time drive them. Can females drive, shot, load, command is not the issue. The issue is it takes all 4 members of a tank crew to maintain that beast, and there is nothing light on the current MB when it comes to maintance. Not to metion Male soldiers who tank know and understand the importance of baby wipe B-baths when in the feild and deployed.

it is an m551 Sheridan, used in Vietnam, Panama, over in the desert. Many users didn’t like them but I thought they were great

I’m glad I was in a M-48 in Vietnam. It was outdated, but big and heavy. I would not have wanted to be in the Sheridan.

Actually it is an M109A6 Paladin – Self Propelled Howitzer. It is not a tank it is used by the field artillery.
