Suspects Captured And Explosives And Weapons Seized
The forces of the coalition have been working hard to provide support for the ISF forces, but recently they captured two insurgents that have been on Iraqi Most wanted list, October 17th. The suspects were captured during a patrol in Kirkuk and they are thought to be leaders in terrorist cells Baghdad and the Kirkuk region.
The soldiers first captured a man that was sought in connection with ties to Al Qaeda in the Sulayman Bak area, believed to be also associated with different bombing attempts in the region.
In another capture in Baghdad, joint forces captured another wanted man accused of being associated with different foreign terrorists that are using Baghdad as a jumping off point.
In the seizures and arrests there have been a number of different caches of explosives and guns, as well as other munitions seized. Coalition and Iraqi security forces operating in unison have discovered nearly 2,100 weapons and munitions caches.
Soldiers assigned to the 10th Mountain Division, 4th Brigade Combat team also captured a man in the east part of Baghdad who is also suspected of being part of Al Qaeda.

The seizures are part of the overall cooperation that the joint Iraqi And Coalition forces have been able to achieve, working together they have been successful in a number of different areas as well as continued military operations.
