Joint Forces Work To Reopen Facility
Nearly 600 students age 12 to 17 are now being served by the new reopened Secondary school in the district of Al Sham. The Al Sham Girls School has received a $100,000 dollar stipend to use to restart operations in the school building. The renovation is just the beginning in the process by the city council.
The rebuilding of the girls school is just one of a number projects that the coalition has been pursuing in recent months. Other projects that are being pursued are a number of water treatment, sewage and other types of infrastructure.
One of the focus issues is that the different facilities are needed to make sure that the children of Iraq have a bright future. The reopening of the school demonstrates to the Iraqi people that the Coalition is serious about helping with rebuilding and helping the nation to heal.
It is an ongoing opportunity for the Iraqi people to observe the coalition, and the efforts that are being taken by different units of the coalition to rebuild and assist the Iraqi people.

Many of the supplies that are being used have been collected by groups in the United States to provide for military units of the USA to distribute them in Iraq. They are utilized and put into use by the different groups of the Iraqi people.
