Major General Guy Swan III Visits New Restored Marketplace
One of the Coalition Commanders, Major General Guy Swan III recently visited one of the successful marketplaces in the West Rashid District of Baghdad on September 12th.
The Soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment were very proud to be able to demonstrate the 84th Street Market in Hayy Aamel, and their success in aiding the area and the Marketplace using their micro grant program.
The Aamel business plan is progressing very well, and the Micro Grant program that promotes the resurgence and rebuilding of the area has been promoted by Coalition Captain Drew Conner.
